I am here to ask the question, if the turtlebeach shifter is really worth it, or just an overhyped product.

From my experience, for the money, it's actually pretty solid. It has great functionality, looks great for the money and the shifting experience, albeit not perfect, is a noticeable improvement from more budget level shifters. So yes, I think it's worth it and I still use mine every once in a while.
