3 Incredible OpenWorld Mods for Assetto Corsa + Links

Today, I’ll be rounding down three of my favorite, lesser known, open world mods for Assetto Corsa. So, if you’re interested in cruising beautiful roads in your favorite car, these will be perfect for you. And of course, all of the download links for these mods can be found below.

At number three, we have Glencoe. Based on the real-world location in Scotland, this map provides an unreal 75 miles of open road. This map is flush with scenery, details, and exciting roads which guide you through various towns and attractions. The mod features real-world as well as fantasy elements which keeps things interesting while providing elements of realism. With its vast elevation changes, curvy paths, and seemingly infinitely long roads, it’s sure to provide a fun and relaxing experience for at least a few hours.

Next up we have the Pacific Coast. This map was created by the same person who created the “LA Canyons” map, which has become synonymous with Assetto Corsa, so you already know this is a quality mod. The map takes you through the relaxing coast of California for a crazy 23 kilometers. Driving through the curvy, exciting, and beautiful coastline, you can take a look at the ocean, the trees, the mountains, and the various details the map has to offer which is sure to keep you entertained for hours on end. Although the scenery is beautiful and relaxing, the road is sure to keep you busy and focused as it features sweeping corners, tight hairpins, fast straights, and so much more, thus providing an exciting challenge to the driver. Overall, just a breathtaking, fun, and detailed map which gives off an overwhelming sense of freedom.

Finally, at number 1, we have Lake Louise. Released back in 2017, the map features 23 kilometers of twisty, bumpy, and exciting roads. It features everything from single-lane mountains paths to four-lane wide highways, which adds loads of variety and new paths to explore. The track is inspired by the real “lake Louise” in Banff national park and features incredible scenery and landmarks, vast elevation changes, and loads of other smaller details. Cruising around was beyond relaxing as you get immersed into the atmosphere this map has to offer but the fast, tricky, and variety in roads kept the driving experience exciting. The map also features a variety of layouts for AI racing, it's compatible with multiplayer, and its uphill and downhill descents make it ideal for drifting as well. Some of the points of interest in this map include the Lake Louise Hotel, a Ski Resort, a curved suspension bridge, and an avalanche tunnel to name a few. Honestly, this map has provided me with hours of fun and exciting driving, and I always discover something new every time.
